Mercasur carries out its storage, cutting, processing, manufacturing, preparation, and distribution activities within a 1,300 m² facility located in the Trévenez Industrial Park (next to MERCAMÁLAGA, the main food market on the southern coast of Spain).

These facilities are fully certified and equipped with state-of-the-art machinery operating in compliance with the latest and most stringent health and safety regulations..

Within our facilities, we have fresh storage chambers, frozen storage rooms, dry-aging rooms, a freezing tunnel, cutting rooms, preparation areas, and production rooms.
