MercaSur was founded in 1998 by its two partners, José Ariza and Jorge Ayalaboth with a background in the meat industry across two of its main sectors: hospitality and butchery, bringing together the necessary experience to take on new challenges. Our team undergoes a comprehensive training programme, supported by specialised consultancy, ensuring the correct implementation of hygiene and food safety plans.The regular delivery of training courses, along with ongoing assessments, guarantees continuous development, particularly as new team members join the company.
